The VUGate Inmate Video
Visitation System features the powerful SuperHub Video PBX and the
MINXMate Inmate Video Visitation Management Application. MINXMate
provides for a simplified visitation process, allowing Jail personnel
to utilize the full features of their JMS system for locating inmates,
managing the inmate visitation tracking, managing visitor tracking,
and managing visitor history checks (priors or active warrants), etc.
Once Jail personnel have identified the inmate’s location and have
ascertained their visitation status and the eligibility of the visitor
utilizing standard procedures with the JMS, they simply use the
MINXMate touch screen interface to connect the visitor to the inmate.
This approach is used
very effectively at the Collier County Jails (Naples and Immokalee),
Martin County Jail, Lee County Jails (Ortiz and Downtown), and
Pinellas County Jail, some of the largest Jail systems in Florida.
MINXMate, VUGate’s Inmate Video Visitation Management System, features
a simple to use touch-screen interface. MINXMate automates and
simplifies the inmate visitation call setup process. MINXMateTM allows
for either computer mouse or the touch screen operation to connect
visitor and inmate video stations in a highly automated fashion. The
MINXMate system graphically identifies for the operator/receptionist
all free visitor and inmate stations. |
