MARTIN COUNTY INMATE, Charged With Trying To Arrange Ex-Wife's Murder
Martin County Sheriff's Office Detectives and Georgia Police Work With Ex-Wife To Stage Fake Death!
STUART, Fla. -- An Inmate at the Martin County Jail was caught on tape trying to hire a hit man to kill his estranged ex-wife.
Kenneth Pollak was charged with attempting to set up the murder of his former wife, Noemi while sitting behind bars at the Martin County Jail.
Investigators said one of Pollak's cell mates provided the tip that Pollak was trying to solicit him to perform a hit on his ex-wife Noemi. Local authorities worked with Noemi Pollak to stage her death and then provided the pictures as evidence that the hit was a success. Kenneth Pollak was arrested while leaving the $1,000 pay-off for the mock hit.
Pollak was in jail awaiting extradition back to Atlanta to face charges for failing to pay $59K in child support.
Pollak is currently being held without bond for solicitation to commit first-degree murder.
